Umbrella and Accessories Warranty
OutdoorPatioUmbrellas.com offers a One-Year Warranty on almost every product we sell. That's just how confident we are in the quality of our products. Outdoor Patio Umbrellas wants to make sure you are 100% confident when buying from us. Our one-year warranty covers workmanship and material quality of frames, accessories and bases. While a separate One-Year Warranty for Olefin and a Five -Year Warranty for Sunbrella is covered for fabric.
We will replace any products if found to be defective within one year from purchase date. Warranty does not cover damage from or due to mildew, normal wear, neglect, abuse, acts of nature, attacks by animal or children, misuse, improper cleaning, storage or prolonged exposure to inclement weather. Umbrella damaged in winds are not covered by warranty. Ripped fabric, cracked or broken parts and freight damage must be reported with 72 hours from receipt of shipment.
FREIGHT DAMAGE - MISSING ITEMS
PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL. YOU HAVE (72 HOURS) TO FILE A CLAIM. DO NOT DISPOSE OF THE BOX OR ANY PACKAGING MATERIALS UNTIL YOU HAVE INSPECTED YOUR ORDER AND ARE SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT YOU HAVE RECEIVED. If your product was shipped to you by freight carrier (i.e., American Express, Roadway, UPS Freight) please inspect the product for visible damage before the carrier leaves. Please make any notations on the Bill of Lading (delivery receipt). Notify us immediately of any shipment refusal, so we may be able to send replacements and start the process of a freight claim.
To make a warranty claim, email firstname.lastname@example.org for return authorization. In some cases you will be requested to contact the manufacturer for warranty returns. Customer must pay return shipping charges and send a copy of the original receipt or provide a ORDER number.
GALTECH LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY
UMBRELLA FRAMES / STANDS / TABLETOPS
Galtech Market Umbrellas, Stands and Tabletops are warranted for a period of 1 year from the original date of consumer purchase. All Autotilt Market Umbrellas feature a premium 2-year frame warranty.
Verification of the date of consumer purchase is required for product to qualify under Galtech's warranty.
Galtech International warrants that these products shall be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal and reasonable use and proper assembly as follows:
What is covered:
1. Warping, splitting or rotting of wood frame poles
2. Rusting, discoloring of metal parts
3. Broken tilt mechanisms, broken cords, broken cranks
What is not covered:
DAMAGE CAUSED FROM WIND CONDITIONS ARE NOT COVERED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! Damage indicative of wind include broken ribs and bent aluminum poles. Replacement of warranty items will be determined upon factory discretion.
Covers are warranted against loss of color or strength from normal exposure conditions for the following duration:
Sunbrella: 3 years
Suncrylic: 1 year
Premium Olefin: 1 year
Thatch: 1 year
